My name is Nicole

I am a mental health professional, who hails from Queens, NY. I named the service Cambria which marks the starting point of my story and pays homage to the community that raised me. I graduated from Fordham University in 2014. I have licenses in VA and FL. I have been in the health and social service industry for over 17 years.

I spent her first 11 years treating severely mentally ill clients and the last 6 years in medical social work. I am currently the program coordinator for chronic genetic illnesses in an ambulatory setting. I am warm, direct, and I will ask the tough questions.I am committed to what I do. I love helping people take control of their life. I also love helping to improve the mental health of people by providing therapy and life coaching services.

My services help people heal, rejuvenate and rebuild their lives. I achieve this by making use of practical approaches to help people have a balanced spirit, soul, and body. My goal is to provide a supportive environment for people and to allow the hidden parts of themselves the room they need to breathe and explore
